My Favorite Saturday Job

"Full Color"
6x4  oil on paper
$95

Most important errand many Saturday mornings is to visit my favorite flower shop.  Over the course of time, I've gotten to know the "Saturday Girl" to the point that when I walk in & she just points me to their refrigerated flower area.  I get to run "amok" amongst the gorgeous flowers.  I came away with a bucketful of flowers and at a very nice discount.  Saturdays are the day they clean out in preparation of Monday's fresh delivery.  I would give a plug for my favorite florist but this is a secret that I'm not quite willing to share.

Awww.... keeping secrets Kelley!
Your florals are beautiful and great subtle contrasting shades.

This is so very pretty. How lucky to have a place to buy wonderful flowers. My second passion is gardening. I love to pick my own.

Kelley --this is as fresh as the flowers themselves. I can see new exciting things taking place in your work and I love getting watch from the sidelines...:))

This is very nice, Kelly. The color harmony and thick, free strokes are wonderful.
